In accordance with British Columbia’s Food Safety Legislation, perishable food items purchased from Chickadee Chocolate Ltd. are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason, including, but not limited to, foods not consumed within the recommended ‘best by’ date.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit; once a product has reached the customer it is the customer’s responsibility to consume products within a reasonable time frame and/or to store food items properly for optimal shelf life.
However, if there is something wrong with your recent purchase please reach out via email within 14 days and we will make it right!
